SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT FUND
It is a non-commercial organization and implements programs aimed at the sustainable development of the energy, agricultural, environmental, industrial fields, as well as social, scientific, cultural and other events. The Fund was established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. During its activity, the Fund is regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, "About Fund" Law of the Republic of Armenia, other laws and legal acts and its charter.

The Fund has been granted the following licenses for an indefinite period by the Urban Development Committee
Activities of technical control of construction quality in the field of urban development (except for works that do not require a construction permit).
Activities of development of engineering sections of urban planning documents (except for the construction part, as well as works that do not require a construction permit),
Examination of urban planning documents in the field of urban planning (except for works that do not require a construction permit),
The Fund supports its beneficiaries by providing the following services
Potential beneficiaries of the Fund are: individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Armenia, both local and international (including financial) organizations.
The principles of activities of the Fund are legality, equality, volunteerism, cooperation, transparency and publicity.
- Refinement of a normative area in the field of energy.
- Refinement of technical standards in the field of energy.
- Implementation of energy audit.
- Refinement and expertise of companies energy facility projects.
- Preliminary environmental impact study, assessment, refinement of test documents.
- Refinement of environmental management plans.
- Refinement of projects related to the field of environmental protection.
- Refinement of individual norms for water use and water drainage approved by the procedure for determining the water intake quantities and regime allocated to water users from water resources.
- Refinement of drafts of permissible limit discharge norms of harmful substances contained in waste water, norms of permissible limit discharges.
- 1Waste management plans, including the refinement of waste generation norms and their placement limit projects.
- 1Compilation of soil user reports.
- Implementation and consultation of national and international standards (AST, ISO, etc.).
- Design, construction, as well as operational support.
- Refinement of strategic plans in the field of agriculture and support for their implementation.
The fund may carry out the following types of business activities in accordance with the law.
- Consulting services related to energy, environmental, social, agricultural, industrial sectors,
- Research, including opinion polls and professional surveys;
- Advertising activities and market research,
- Professional, scientific and other activities.
