In 2025, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund carried out technical supervision of construction quality in several communities in the fields of internal and external electrical networks, power supply systems, photovoltaic plants, as well as gas supply and gas consumption systems.
In particular, the following technical supervision works were implemented:
- Construction of a 5 MW solar power plantat 71, 20th Street, Aghberk village, Chambarak community, Gegharkunik region;
- Construction of street lighting networksin Yeghegnadzor town (Vayots Dzor region), including Khanjyan, Isakov, Syuniki, Kamoyi, Chalabyan, Mshetsu, Tamanatsiner, and Charents streets, as well as intra-community streets in Malishka settlement;
- Construction of a 5 MW solar power plant in Zovaber villageand a 3 MW solar power plant in Lchashen village, both in the Sevan community, Gegharkunik region;
- Construction of a 5 MW rooftop photovoltaic plantat 37/32 Sharuri Street, Yerevan;
- Reconstruction of above-ground gas pipelines into underground systemsin Kapan town, Syunik region.
The professional team of the Sustainable Development Investment Fund, during technical supervision, operated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, ensuring the implementation of all works as specified in the project design and compliance with normative and technical construction standards.
To perform technical supervision of construction quality, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund holds a 1st-class license issued by the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
