In 2025, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund carried out a number of urban planning documentation development works in the fields of designing internal and external networks, power supply systems, and photovoltaic plants.
In particular, the following project design and cost estimate works were implemented:
- Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the installation of a 40/10 kV complete transformer substationand connection of a 0.4 kV overhead street lighting line up to 500 meters along in the Street 19 of Paravakar settlement of the Berd community, Tavush region, as well as for street lighting worksin the settlements of Verin Karmiraghbyur, Artsvaberd, Aygedzor, Navur, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, Verin Tsaghkavan, Varagavan, Tavush, and Norashen, and for the power supply of the solid waste landfill located within the administrative boundaries of Berd community.
- Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for construction of a 10 kV complete transformer substationfor “Constron” LLC.
Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for construction of a 25 kVA complete transformer substation with a 10/0.4 kV, 25 kVA power transformer and metering system in the Chin Chin settlement of Tavush region.
- Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for installation of a 250 kVA complete transformer substationon the territory owned by “Agro-Art” LLCin Aghdzg village, Aragatsotn region.
During the design works, the engineering team of the Sustainable Development Investment Fund conducted on-site inspections, and all projects were developed in accordance with the legislation and normative-technical standards of the Republic of Armenia.
For the implementation of urban planning documentation development works, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund holds the Class 1 license issued by the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
