In 2025, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund conducted expertise of urban development documentation related to internal and external networks, power supply systems, photovoltaic and wind power plants.
Specifically, expertise was carried out on the following design and cost-estimate documentation:
- Construction of street lighting networks for several streets in the Martuni community of Gegharkunik Region
- Installation of solar panels for the of Higher Education and Science Committee
- Replacement of 6 kV cables supplying the “Purak” SSE-4, SSE-5, and SSE-6 substations of “Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metro” CJSC, as well as the 6 kV cables from the “Komitas” substation to SSE-8 and from the “Myasnikyan” substation to SSE-6 and SSE-7
- Installation of around 40 photovoltaic power stations for Renewable Caucasus Corporation LLC
- Construction of the street lighting network in the city of Sisian, Syunik Region
- Construction of the 0.5 MW rooftop photovoltaic solar power plant at 37/32 Sharuri Street, Yerevan
Expertise was conducted to verify the compliance of the design and cost-estimate documentation with the requirements established by the normative-technical documents and legal regulations in force in the Republic of Armenia.
As a result of the assessments, positive conclusions were issued.
To carry out urban development documentation expertise, the Sustainable Development Investment Fund holds the Class 1 license issued by the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
